IU Conferences is a campus resource available to faculty, administration and staff of Indiana University and to national and international associations who retain close ties with the University community.
We have collaborated with conference organizers for over 60 years to produce conference experiences that are worthwhile and memorable for participants, resulting in events which are academically, socially and financially successful for conference organizers.
Our office staff consists of administrators, conference managers, registration personnel, schedulers, financial and accounting representatives and personnel who focus primarily on arrangements for presenters and VIPs invited to participate in or present at conference events.
To assure a smooth running conference, we assign a single Conference Manager to each event. Your Manager is the single point of contact with whom you work throughout the planning period, on-site and at the event conclusion. We continue until the final bills have been paid, income accounted for, and the comprehensive accounting statement has been completed.
Your conference event will be competently and courteously managed by the collaborative efforts of our team of professional meeting organizers, under the guidance and direction of the Manager assigned to your event.
