Comprehensive Meeting and Program Planning Services

Fees for program and meeting planning services are determined by the amount of time we will invest in your project.  We tailor our fees to your needs. Please contact us for a quote.

Registration & Revenue Collection Fees

• Available to all clients $12.00 per registrant + 2.5% for credit card payments; $12.00 for all registrants other than those paying with a credit card

Note: Onsite supervision of registration is available. Pricing is currently $20.00/hour, plus any direct travel expenses.

Revenue Collection Only Service

• $6.00 per person, plus 2.5% of any credit card charges
