SITE SELECTION & HOTEL CONTRACT NEGOTIATION

  • Collect pertinent history of previous meetings
  • Consult with all parties, vendors and organizers, to identify meeting, lodging and social functions
  • Provide instructions and guidance for handling emergencies
  • Invite appropriate properties to submit bids
  • Visit candidate properties
  • Review, evaluate and report recommendations to event organizers using criteria to weigh relative merits of finalists
  • Negotiate hotel contract with selected property following established industry standards
