SITE SELECTION & HOTEL CONTRACT NEGOTIATION
- Collect pertinent history of previous meetings
- Consult with all parties, vendors and organizers, to identify meeting, lodging and social functions
- Provide instructions and guidance for handling emergencies
- Invite appropriate properties to submit bids
- Visit candidate properties
- Review, evaluate and report recommendations to event organizers using criteria to weigh relative merits of finalists
- Negotiate hotel contract with selected property following established industry standards
